Remind B.V. is a company based in the Netherlands that offers a digital wellness service through a mobile application aimed at lifestyle and brain health (hereinafter: “Remind” or “the Service”).

Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the Remind app and associated services. By using Remind, you agree to these terms.

The nature of Remind

Remind helps users gain insight into lifestyle-related factors and general patterns around brain health. Remind is intended as a wellness and insight service, is not a medical service, does not make diagnoses, and does not replace a doctor or other healthcare provider. The information and insights in the app are general in nature and intended to support awareness and self-management. To provide these insights, Remind processes data provided by the user, including data that may be classified as health data according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal responsibility

You determine how you handle the information, scores, and insights that Remind provides. The interpretation of results always rests with the user. Decisions you make as a result of using the app are made at your own risk. For health complaints or concerns, we always advise contacting a doctor or other healthcare provider.

Use of the Service

You use Remind exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter into the app.

Free and paid components

Remind can offer both free and paid functionalities. Which components are free or paid is clearly indicated in the app. Additional payment terms may apply to paid components.

Liability

Remind strives to offer the Service carefully but cannot guarantee that the information in the app is always complete, up-to-date, or error-free. As far as legally permissible, Remind is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the app or from the interpretation of the information displayed. Remind's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the occurrence of the damage.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to the app, its content, and the underlying technology belong to Remind or its licensors. Usage is only permitted within the app and for personal use.

Availability and changes

Remind may modify, expand, temporarily interrupt, or terminate the Service. We do our best to communicate important changes clearly.

Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
