About the same

Higher than your chronological age
An invitation to pay extra attention to lifestyle, rest, and mental challenges. Remind gives you tailored advice that helps make your brain more resilient.
Your brain health changes just like your body due to what you do and don't do.
Remind translates results from measurements into practical and personal recommendations, based on scientifically substantiated lifestyle factors:
How your brain age is determined in the clinic
In the medical field, brain aging is often studied using MRI. Doctors then look to see if the structure and volume of the brain match the calendar age. This research is valuable, but expensive and not suitable for regular monitoring in daily life.
Remind does not use MRI but digital signals from your daily life
These digital signals are also called digital biomarkers. Well-known digital biomarkers include your steps and heart rate, which are measured via a smartwatch, for example. We combine patterns in how you think, speak, type, and function, and track these measurements over time.
This creates a digital brain age that shows how your brain health is developing compared to what is average for your age.
Changes in your brain usually occur gradually. That's why a single measurement often says too little.
Changes are subtle
